Maclura tricuspidata seed
Maclura Tricuspidata is a
Mandarin melon , Silkworm Thorn, and Mulberry.
Occasionally grown for its fruit, somewhat similar to that of the related (Morus)
mulberry, similar in taste to watermelon.
Has a variety of Medicinal uses, a yellow dye can be obtained from
the wood, bark fibers are used for making paper, and a finely grained wood.
Grows to a height and spread of around 6 meters.
Fully hardy down to -15°C
